For Tour Packages:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure: 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 14 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
For Custom Bookings (Hotels, Activities, etc.):
- Cancellations are subject to the specific policies of the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). The refund amount, if any, will depend on their terms and conditions.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
- Any non-refundable fees (such as transaction or processing fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Important Notes
- Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), cancellations and refunds will be handled as per the company’s discretion and applicable service provider policies.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided if you fail to show up for the tour or activity.
- Partial Cancellations: If you cancel part of a package, the refund amount will depend on the specific component’s terms and conditions.
